When Jeff began traveling with his family, each band is composed from the event in which he participates. Jeff plays and leads from guitar, Zachary plays drums, and the rest of the band consists of members of a church worship band or area musicians.  Not only does this allow others to be involved it is a ministry outreach to encourage individuals within their own talents and gifts.  Jeff has played with band members in many environments including; prison ministries, studio musicians, student ministries, churches, campus ministries, conference bands, etc.
